Sharon Rychlik | Owner/Designer
Sharon has NKBA training and 40+ years of experience in residential kitchen design primarily in Fairfield, New Haven, and Westchester Counties. She was also a residential builder for fifteen years in Fairfield County and specializes in assisting contractors with their new construction projects. She is skilled in the 20-20 computer design program. She is a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association and Chaine des Rotisseurs.
Noreen von Brauchitsch | Designer
Noreen entered the kitchen design industry after graduating with a BS in Business from Salve Regina University. With over 25 years of experience, she is proficient in 20/20 design and ProKitchen Design. Noreen is a member of the NKBA, awarded Best of Houzz and Awarded best of front of house design. She has designed for hundreds of clients in the Greater Fairfield County.
Samantha Calicchio | Designer/Office Manager
Samantha is a graduate of The University of Alabama and received a BS in Human Environmental Sciences, majoring in interior design and minoring in art history. She is proficient in 20/20 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Complex. She is currently working towards obtaining her NKBA and NCIDQ certifications, and she is a member of the HBRA of Fairfield County. Her responsibilities include design work, customer service, and office management.
Julia Conforti | Designer
Julia earned her degree in Interior Design while learning the ins and outs of the Kitchen Design field working under Sharon at New Perspective. With 9 years of experience Julia is also Certified in 20/20 Design, and proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Bluebeam, Photoshop, and InDesign. Julia is inspired by the historical architecture and nature when it comes to designing & servicing the Litchfield County for New Perspective.
Jacqui Williams | Accounting
Jacqui is a graduate of The University of Technology in Kingston, JM, and received a degree in business administration. She has been working as an accountant for 24 years and has been with New Perspective for the past 10. She is responsible for all accounts payable and receivable for the company.
